Premier Motorcoach Innovations is a RV & Big Truck Repair Center specializing in collision repair, body & paint as well as Interior remodels, house repairs, and customer upgrades. We have been in business since 1972 and located in Santa Ana, CA just off the 55 freeway and Edinger.
We are seeking an Service Estimator with experience working in a repair shop, estimating, and customer service skills. Specific knowledge of RV systems, collision repairs, mechanically inclined, 12V systems, plumbing, interiors, batteries, solar systems, are a plus.
We will provide full support so that you will learn and fill in any gaps in knowledge of RVs and Trucks. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping customers, be able to quickly and efficiently identifying concerns and parts required, and focused on getting jobs in and out of the shop.
This position will report directly to the shop manager providing accurate and on-time customer-approved estimates. In addition you will work with parts vendors to identify compatibility, placing orders, and working with technicians to complete jobs as per customer specifications.
This is a fulltime job that requires consistent customer service and attendance at work.
