Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. This is a temporary to hire position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for painting (e.g., sanding, filling holes, etc.)
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to surfaces as required
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Work on both interior and exterior painting projects as needed
Ensure paint is applied smoothly and evenly, with no drips or streaks
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and client expectations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a painter or in a related field (preferred but not required)
Must have all necessary tools to perform painting tasks (brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects to a high standard
Must be able to pass a background check
MUST BE E-VERIFIABLE
