Bayview Property Management Job Description Maintenance Technician
Location: Fullerton/Orange County
Wage: $25-$27 per hour based on experience.
Experience: Two years in apartment or other related facilities maintenance.

Education: High School diploma preferred but not required.
Type: Full-time
Must Have the Following:
Valid Driver’s License
Willing to undergo a background check and driving record.
Needed Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
Basic plumbing knowledge.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Basic tool knowledge.
Painting and drywall experience (Not necessary but preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Able to use hand tools
Able to climb ladders
Able to lift 100lbs.
Job Duties:
Comply with safety regulations, including maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on facilities.
Snake drains and other minor plumbing repair.
Inspect lighting and change light bulbs.
Perform minor dry walling and painting.
Perform minor gate and lock repairs.
