EarthWise Hauling is The Eco-Friendly Junk Removal Company in Orange County. We perform residential and commercial junk removal as well as demolition. We are pandemic proof! We are recession proof! You will have job security FOREVER!
Starting Pay is on Average $26 per hour (with tips and bonuses)! Raises are given every 6 months! Starting pay will depend on your experience level and driving record.

What you NEED to have in order to be part of our company:
1. Honesty
2. Physical Strength and Endurance (Long days lifting heavy stuff)
3. People skills (must interact well with clients and team members)
4. The ability to learn new skills
5. A smart phone and the ability to use it fully
6. A LOVE of physically challenging work.
7. At least 5 years driving experience with a valid license (if applying to be a driver)
These things are must haves!
Additional things that are highly desirable:
1. A clean driving record (for insurance purposes)
2. Experience in either the moving, junk removal or demolition fields.
3. Experience driving a medium duty truck and or pickup/trailer .
