About Us:
We are a young, millennial, married couple running a business from our home and we're looking for a dedicated and reliable Live-In Maid/Cook to join our household. This is a full-time position offering a $40,000 annual salary and includes free room and board.
Job Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: General cleaning, laundry, and organization of the home.
- Cooking: Preparing fresh healthy and delicious meals tailored to household preferences (Proficient at Meal Prep As Well)
- Pet Care: Feeding, walking, and providing love and attention to our three dogs.
- Errands: Grocery shopping, picking up supplies, dry cleaning, and running other errands as needed.
- Support: Helping maintain a clean and organized home conducive to both personal and professional needs.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Days: Monday through Saturday
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000 per year.
- Room and Board: Private accommodations and meals provided at no cost.
- Probationary Period: 60 days to ensure a good mutual fit.

Qualifications:
- Someone who is proactive, efficient, organized, and enjoys working in a home environment.
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required and a clean driving record is a plus

- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintaining personal and workspace cleanliness.
- Household Management: Experience with cleaning, organizing, laundry, and other household chores.
- Cooking Skills: Ability to prepare meals as per the family’s dietary preferences.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the household’s schedule and varying duties.
- Pet Care: Comfortable handling and caring for pets.
- Discretion: Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of household matters.
- Proactive Attitude: Taking initiative in completing tasks without constant supervision.
- Work Authorization: Proper documentation, work permits, or visas for live-in employment if applicable.
