Looking for someone with at least 4 years of construction or handyman/woman experience (painting, concrete, drywall). Must have minimum of 5 years Supervision experience to lead a team. Must be able to do miscellaneous repairs, work independently or with a group, have a valid driver’s license. 40 hours per week plus overtime (if available). You must have physical strength , endurance and work well with your hands. Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independent of others. Must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Work details could include:
Painting over graffiti
Repair damaged drywall
Demolitions of building/office interiors
Clean out site from debris and discarded material
Must Be able to Lift Over 60 lbs
Must have clean driving record and be dependable.
Needs to be able to pass background and drug screening.
Install bumper stops
Able to follow instructions
Good reporting and communications skills
Very good knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Starting Pay $28.00+ per hour DOE
