We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness withthin the office areas and retail locations. This includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, sanitary, and safe for everyone. These individuals will clean multiple locations throughout Orange County.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive between multiple store locations within the designated area to perform cleaning tasks.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, and shelves.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transpertaion in order to clean multiple facilities.
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This position involves working in various office and retail environments.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
