Responsibilities:
- Order Processing receiving and processing orders from customers, including verifying the details of the order and ensuring that the requested items are available for pickup.
-Providing clear and timely communication to customers regarding the status of their orders, including confirmation of receipt, estimated pickup times, and any delays or issues that may arise.
- Ensuring that adequate inventory levels are maintained to fulfill will call orders, including tracking stock levels, replenishing items as needed, and coordinating with other departments to manage inventory flow.
- Maintaining accurate records of will call transactions, including order details, pickup times, and any interactions with customers, to facilitate tracking and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
