Full-time Experienced Maintenance Technician for Residential Properties.
Resolve issues in a timely manner
Travel between site locations if needed
Pick up supplies, parts and equipment or call manufacturers for delivery as needed
Complete work orders daily in a timely and professional manner
Clean walk ways and windows, pick up trash if seen on grounds
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand verbal communications in English
Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and pass background check
Must have your own tools
Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
Painting
Light Fixtures
Doors
Electrical
Plumbing
Minor Carpentry
Other building maintenance items as needed
