Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Foundation Repair Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in foundation repair, construction management and be proficient in supervising and coordinating construction projects. Majority of projects will be in Los Angeles County but interview will be in Orange County at our warehouse. Must have own transportation. Company vehicle may be provided as well.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction crews on-site
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Communicate project progress to project managers
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
- Ability to build and manage construction teams effectively
- Experience in construction estimating
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
-4 YEARS+ EXPERIENCE REPAIRING FOUNDATIONS IS A MUST
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities
