The Standard Design Group Nurseries is seeking an organized individual with any landscaping background to help coordinate our installation crews and their materials.
We are a rapidly growing company with 12 locations. This position will oversee our 3 southern stores (Laguna, San Juan Capistrano, and Vista) and will operate mainly out of our San Juan Capistrano location with some visitations to the other stores.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with our yard crews, installation crews, sales reps, and logistics manager to streamline all information
- Preparing all invoice paperwork and delivery packets for the installation crews
- Ensuring all ordered materials are arriving in time for the job start date
- Ensuring all materials pulled and prepared are correct and in accurate quantities
- Quality checking all plant/tree material that is going out to the job sites
- Filing and organizing all paperwork, signed and completed documents for record keeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, sales, yard crews, and installation crews
- Some administrative and organizational office experience is preferred
- Plant/Tree knowledge is preferred, but not required
- Spanish is a plus but not required

In return for your dedication and contributions, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE), plus benefits and retirement options, and an ability to earn extra commission based on experience.
