We are accepting a self-motivated team player as our full-time Warehouse Yard Associate. We are seeking a careful, well rounded employee that can operate in a warehouse setting, is able to operate a forklift to move material in and around our warehouse, drive our company flatbed trucks when deliveries are required, be proficient and experienced with construction to build pallets and frames for our order pullers. Most of your
time will be spent operating a forklift and power tools safely, being efficient with your time while communicating with our office, your team members and management and completing deliveries.

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications: Our ideal qualified candidate will have the following:
Has drivers license and clean driving record (no DUIs or pending tickets - speeding, parking, etc)
1-year forklift experience is a must (knowledge, skills and ability exam will be done during interview)
Be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs without restrictions throughout your shift
1-year experience driving a box truck with liftgate to deliver material to businesses and residential customers
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others and able to communicate in English
Be self-driven, work well in a team, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask effectively and follow through on projects
Be able to operate an electric pallet jack to complete deliveries
Willing to do various warehouse duties as needed by management
Live within reasonable distance from job (15 miles or less)
Be on time to your shift and capable of working your entire shift
Follow all safety requirements at all times
Attention to detail, critical thinking and time management are mandatory
Excellent physical condition and, hand and eye coordination
Experience:
● Sitdown Forklift: 1 year (Required)
● Driving box truck with lift gate: 1 year (Required)
● Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
● Construction + Handyman experience: 1 year (Required)
