Looking for a Day Porter to start immediately
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AS YOU WILL BE DRIVING COMPANY VEHICLE
Transportation to office in Huntington Beach and then take company vehicle to job site each day.
West Coast Property Maintenance needs an individual that can take on the following responsibilities:
Travel to different job sites and take care of the following:
-Search and clean all perimeters of each building for trash and debris.
-Check all entryways to make sure they remain clean at all times
-Dust common area handrails, signs, etc.
-Check and maintain trash bins, wipe and clean.
-Remove dust and webs from windows mullions and door ways.
-Remove any removable graffiti and stickers.
-General janitorial duties.
-Day Porter must be courteous and amiable at all times.
Position is 5 days a week, one day will be Saturday.
Start time is 6AM
