We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills to enhance the customer experience and promote vehicle care.
Duties
Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing.
Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Drive vehicles safely within the facility for washing and detailing processes.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
Skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
Experience with window tinting is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
Proficiency in buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance.
Familiarity with car wash operations and equipment is beneficial.
Ability to perform custodial tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
