Position Overview: We are currently seeking Biohazard/Cleaning Technicians for part-time, seasonal positions. As a member of our team, you will encounter sensitive situations where your empathy and professionalism can make a significant difference.
Compensation: Hourly wage of $22-$26, plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and safety.
Participate in ongoing training and obtain relevant certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.
Utilize CRM software and handheld tools to track and manage tasks effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
Performance Metrics:
Aim to achieve a 5-star review rate on platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, and Facebook for approximately 50% of jobs.
Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 90% based on customer surveys.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of excellent customer service and reliability.
Strong work ethic with a determination to achieve success.
Must possess a fully functional and reliable smartphone and have access to a dependable mode of transportation.
Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M., with the capability for infrequent on-call work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bio-One of Orange operates 24/7/365.
