Our growing Landscape Maintenance firm is looking for an Account Manager to oversee the management of our Southern Orange County portfolio. This position requires a high level of organizational, communication (English & Spanish) and interpersonal skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all business operations are being carried out according to the company plan.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support in the development of their teams.
Communicate with property managers, board members and homeowners.
Manage the Foremen, Laborers, Irrigators and Spray Technicians.
Work with Safety Manager to ensure all safety requirements are met.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Responsible for the trucks and equipment of managed staff members.
Responsible for the training of staff members
A positive attitude is a must.
Report directly to Regional Manager.
