We are a Home storage manufacturer company located in Irvine who is currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Lead.

We are looking for a detailed oriented Shipping/Receiving Lead that wants to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
-Receiving warehouse orders inspect items received and follow up on delayed orders.
-Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information
-Examine and assist unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items.
-Perform all necessary material transactions involved with adding goods to inventory and removing parts from inventory
-Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders
-Perform inventory count.
-Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the warehouse.
-Perform duties in compliance with company safety rules, SOP’s, and GMP’s.
-Maintain work area clean and organized ensuring tools and supplies are stored in proper places.
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years shipping and receiving experience working in a manufacturing environment.
-Forklift Certified: Standup, Cherry Picker, (Slip sheet forklift-willing to train)
-Computer skills including Microsoft Office
-Strong attention to detail
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-Ability to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks.
Pay rate 18.00-$20.00/HR
1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
