Longwood Eye Center is a friendly ophthalmology office seeking a full-time, long-term team member to grow with us. This position is the back office, pretesting, medical scribe position which includes but not limited to pretesting patients to prepare them for the doctors' exam. If you have scribing experience, that is a big plus. If you do not have any experience and is a fast learner, we can train also. Please don't hesitate to apply if you do not have experience. Qualifications:
Fluency in Vietnamese
Strong computer literacy skills
Customer service experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 41 per week
