Timekeeping Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for timekeeping, billing and coordinating all activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Some experience or related experience for this position is highly desired.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Collecting, batching, keying and totaling manual timecards.

Client/ Vendor timekeeping/billing and payment communications

Timekeeping/payroll corrections

Approved timecard disbursement

Billing/payment report processing & disbursement

Work effectively among workers and resolve issues.

Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards to improve operating efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of; Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office.
