Well established private optometry office is looking for an energetic, friendly, and personable front office assistant. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a positive attitude, and offers exceptional customer service.
Must be confident, motivated, have excellent communication skills, and proper telephone etiquette. A qualified applicant must be reliable and have great organization and multi-tasking skills.
Experience is preferred, but willing to train a motivated qualified candidate.
Position is for Part-Time/Full-Time: Monday – Thursday and Saturday.

Greeting Patients, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, data-entry, verifying insurance benefits, operating pre-test equipment, assisting patients in eyewear selection and contact lens purchases, submitting insurance claims, invoicing, inventory, repairs and adjustments, assisting optometrist.
