POSITION SUMMARY
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on community health? We're seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Part of the Dental Assistant's duties will be to assist our dentist in providing mobile dental services at various community-based organizations in Orange County.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- Bilingual in Korean and English strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- 2-3 years of DA experience
- X-ray certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, and surgeries.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are readily available.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control guidelines.
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and assist in managing patient comfort during procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient operation.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining oral health.
