Day program coaches will assist residents diagnosed with intellectual disabilities by participating in activities that help clients reach their goals. AIS is seeking candidates who are compassionate, professional, and able to work with a diverse population. EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION, AIS IS WILLING TO TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES! JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with clients on a one-to-one basis daily.
Understand client target behaviors, objectives, and goals
Collect client’s behavior instances daily into a Behavior Data Sheet
Work with clients to meet their target goals, including socialization, choice-making, community integration, sensory stimulation, and communication skills

Flexible scheduling
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
No experience necessary, willing to train new employees
Must pass live scan background check
