Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) - $20 to $28/hr
Our family friendly, patient focused dental practice in Placentia, CA (92870) is seeking a Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our team!
We are a private practice with a talented team and wonderful patients! We emphasize ideal dentistry and partner with our in-office periodontist to provide surgical implants, grafting, etc., in addition to traditional restorative care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20 to $28 per hour + 401k + Paid Time Off
Ideal candidate has at least one year of dental assisting experience. Must have an X-ray Certification OR Active CA RDA License. Experience with Dentrix/Dexis is a plus but not required.
Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) duties include:
Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their understanding and comfort
Selecting and setting up instruments, equipment and materials needed
Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Taking dental radiographs, intra-oral photos, impressions, etc.
Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
OSHA maintenance and records
