We are looking for someone who is bilingual Chinese (Mandarin)/English to join our staff as a front/back office in our orthopedic clinic in Irvine.
Job descriptions include some of the following
- Scheduling patients/Answering phone calls
- Verifying insurances/submitting prior authorizations
- Updating patient records
- Rooming patients
- Assisting with injections, splints and casts
No prior experience is necessary but we are looking for someone
- who is a fast learner
- well spoken
- punctual
- organized
- able to multitask
- pays attention to detail.
- comfortable working on computers (we will train you on our Nextgen EMR system)
