Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and others.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other back-office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a phone operator or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, electronic medical records systems).
