Kitchen Crew Member Role

· Prepare, cook and deliver the Spitz level food quality and consistency

· Build each menu item to Spitz standard and deliver on guests’ expectations

· Maintain a clean and safe workstation

· Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained

· Safe food handling and following all health standards

· Open availability for 9am-4pm and 4pm to 10:30pm shifts

Requirements

· Three or more years make line kitchen experience.

· Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays, as needed.

· Standing for extended periods.

· Walking and moving around the restaurant environment.

· Continuous use of arms and hands.

· Training and certification in food handling sanitation procedures (food handling certificate).

· Ability to lift 30 pounds, as needed.
