Luciana's is a famous Italian restaurant in South Orange County run by the same family for over 30 years. We are a chef driven independent restaurant known and loved by locals as well as tourists. We are looking for a general manager who loves working in the independent restaurant business and combines love for Italian food with energy and camaraderie amongst long standing staff. We offer a fun and energetic work environment with benefits including 401K.
Requirements for the position:
At least 2-3 years experience in both fine-dining and casual environments
Strong floor presence
Be willing to fill in when and where needed
Expediting and running food, touching tables when needed
Provide clear communications to guests and staff with managerial tasks
Multi-tasking, leadership qualities
Ability to manage a large beverage program knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer
Work hours Wednesday through Sunday 3 pm-close (negotiable)
