Billy's At The Beach is looking to add new team members
We are currently in a transition period here at Billy's and we are looking for the right people to add to our team to help move us forward. Our newly acquired Chef is looking to modernize our menu. The Chef is in need of a well rounded Sous Chef to help manage the day to day operations of a busy kitchen as well as help with producing a new, fun, and innovative menu. Our Chef is a CIA alumni that has cooked in quality establishments from Manhattan to the island of Maui.
We are also looking for quality line cooks. We would like to see a culinary school background or quality establishment equivalent with longevity in previous positions. We need people with a team first attitude who understand the idea of going above and beyond for their coworkers as well as our guests who choose to come back to Billy's time after time.
