Hook & Anchor 1.0 is a chef-owned, elevated seafood and steak restaurant located in the heart of Dana Point. We take pride in crafting every dish from scratch, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and warm, attentive service. Our team is passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience that blends the best of coastal seafood with expertly prepared fine steaks.
We are currently hiring Front of House team members for the following positions:
Server/ Bartender – Provide attentive, knowledgeable service with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Craft elevated cocktails, provide excellent beverage service, and engage with guests at the bar and in the dining room.
Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about hospitality. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
