Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A self starter who takes pride in the work they perform
Be comfortable at every station of the kitchen including sauté, fryer, grill and prep
Work in a fast paced environment and communicate and work well with other members of staff
Be able to read tickets in English and communicate With FOH staff
Work with other members of staff to operate at the highest level
take pride in the food you produce and also very detail oriented
Am and Pm Shifts available
All Cooks and BOH staff are part of tip pool
