Rate of pay for SERVERS/BARTENDERS:
$16.50 an hour + tips
Requirements:
3 plus years of experience in restaurant, bar or hospitality industry, MUST BE multi-unit and high-volume concepts
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
Ability to give the best guest experience and build regulars
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience with TOAST handheld device
Greet all guests, complete all orders, suggestively upsell, build regulars, maintain section and bar cleanliness, pre-bus tables, run food and complete drink refills.
Food Handlers card required for ALL positions
RBS Liquor Certification card required
MUST be able to work flexible shifts AM and PM, weekends and ALL holidays
