All day : 9-10 hour (Over time)
Night shift : 6 hour
Hiring : Full time / Part Time
Compensation
$19-$21/ Hour Depend on experience +tips
Full time average compensation : 50,000-$65,000 a year

Sushi Chef Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day sushi preparation
Help coordinate food and kitchenware order
Check freshness and quality of ingredients, and manage vendors
Train junior team members
Create new menu items as required
Greet customers in a friendly manner
Use a knife to prepare vegetables and fish
Prepare orders for customers
Make sushi rolls
Make nigiri
Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Follow all store safety requirements
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Helper at least 1 year
Passion for sushi creation and customer delight
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive outlook and willing to learn and work with team members
Ability to communicate in English
Read English and understand orders and the inventory system
Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays
Previous sushi chef experience required - pay is dependent on the applicant's skill level.
