North Shore Poke Co. established in 2012 is Orange County's original poke restaurant. We laid our roots in Surf City Huntington Beach with the objective of providing a traditional Hawaiian cuisine paired with a unique culture to create a memorable experience for our guests. We are located on 214 5th St. Ste. 101 in Downtown Huntington Beach.

Job Summary
Prep Cook: Prepares food behind the scenes to be used on the line for a fast casual restaurant. Must have excellent knife skills.
Kitchen Assist/ Dishwasher: Assisting the line/prep cook. Dishwashing, organizing, and maintaining the restaurant in a clean environment. Stocks and portions drinks and side items. Must have food handlers certificate.
Cashier: Restaurant cashier experience, operates cash register to accept payment for all food purchases at North Shore Poke and providing WOW customer service.
Job Qualifications
Experience: One year of related experience
Use of POS ticketing system preferred.
