west side costa mesa catering company is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a dishwasher/prep cook.
serious inquiries only, must be able to start within the next week.
duties include but are not limited to:
-dishwashing
-restocking/ putting everything in its place
-loading + unloading catering vans
-daily + weekly cleaning projects
-trash removal
-sweeping + mopping
-basic food prep
-putting away food deliveries
-putting away paper goods deliveries
-deep clean of kitchen
-etc.
we operate a commercial commissary NOT a restaurant so our rhythm is a bit different from a traditional restaurant.
hours are flexible are generally early afternoons.
pay is $20 per hour + tips.
