Job title: Line Cooks
Currently, we are seeking an experienced prep/line cooks with experience on the grill and fryer.
Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the truck. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen. Use proper food handling techniques.
Looking for hire for day and night shifts. Bonus for past food truck experience, and experience driving a 25" truck. Up to date food handlers card required.
Hourly $18-20 plus tips
