Our venue is actively looking for a new customer service representative who is looking to learn and enjoys working within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, helping them with their online reservations.
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls, providing information about our services, pricing, and current specials.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall functioning of the establishment.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred but not required.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
