We’re looking for a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver the high-quality meals that our guests love.
Job Description:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, ensure proper food safety standards, and contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and recipes
-Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards
-Maintain a clean and organized work station, following health and safety guidelines
-Assist with inventory management and food preparation for daily service
-Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
-Follow all food safety guidelines and standards
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role (experience with Vietnamese cuisine is a plus)
-Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Must speak English
