Great Opportunity! Full Time PM Position
Performs necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for the food preparation and storage facilities.
Cleans silverware.
Assists with dish and pot washing as necessary.
Helps distribute food and beverage products and supplies throughout the kitchen.
Cleans food production, holding and serving equipment.
Assists with product receiving and storing activities.
Organizes food, dish, supply and clerical storage areas.
Removes kitchen trash.
Performs basic food preparatory tasks such as chopping and cleaning, if necessary.
Cleans garbage receptacles; re-lines with new garbage bags.
Assists with buffet function set-up and tear-down activities.
Understands and consistently follows proper sanitation practices, including those relating to personal hygiene.
Cleans kitchen windows.
Attends staff meetings.
Uses all chemical cleaning supplies in a careful and safe manner.
Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the executive steward.
