We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to join our team. As a cashier, you will be responsible for operating the POS system, taking customer orders, handling transactions, and assisting with light prep work.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process transactions.
Assist with light preparation work such as assembling food items or beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
