Host Applicants:
Ideal candidates for the host position should be familiar with Open Table and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include daily review of the floor plan and reservation book to create seating charts, managing guest seating, controlling wait times, ensuring cleanliness in dining areas, and engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, answering restaurant phone calls and maintaining preparedness with clean menus for guests are part of the role.
Requirements for Position:
Availability on mornings, nights, or weekends
Reliable transportation
Responsible and reliable work ethic
Room for growth within the position
