Well-established Full-service Italian Restaurant in South Orange County is seeking a front door manager / host / 5-day work schedule. Responsibilities include;
Lead by example as the role model for customer service and restaurant standards
Oversee the day-to-day reservations and manage guestcenter
Ensure excellent service from all guests
Book Parties / Take reservations / manage open table seating
Able to work flexible hours that include evenings, holidays, and weekends
Knowledge of all food and beverage safety regulations as well as sanitation processes
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Knowledge of restaurant scheduling, reservation, and POS software/systems
Hourly plus tips pending experience. It is a very well paying job for the right candidate
