Gaucho Grill Buena Park is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help deliver the unforgettable Argentine dining experience we’re known for. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
Leading, training, and inspiring front-of-house staff (hosts, servers, bartenders, etc.)
Ensuring outstanding guest service and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
Managing opening and closing duties
Enforcing all health, safety, and alcohol compliance regulations
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Assisting with inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
Collaborating with ownership and upper management to drive team performance and business goals
Qualifications:
MUST have prior management experience in a full-service restaurant
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety standards
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and guest-first mindset
Must be 21+
