Responsibilities:
Daily Preparation:
Learn and execute the preparation of daily batches of ice cream, baklava, knafeh, and other delightful treats following Filo Dessert Co's recipes.
Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in the dessert-making process.
Quality Assurance:
Receive hands-on training to maintain a high standard of product quality, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Kitchen Cleanliness:
Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following sanitation guidelines and safety protocols.
Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of dessert preparation equipment and utensils.
Collaboration:
Work closely with experienced kitchen staff to learn and coordinate dessert production schedules, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.
Innovation and Creativity:
Embrace a learning mindset and actively participate in developing new dessert recipes and variations with guidance from our experienced team.
