We are looking to add additional cooks that can work lunch time, dinner time & Sunday breakfast. We are a local neighborhood bar and grill with many regulars. If you have experience beyond the basics and have creative menu ideas, that's a plus.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial kitchens
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food preparation codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Able to communicate and follow instructions as to plate appearances, portions, and consistency
Certified Food Handlers or Food Manager License
Reliable with transportation, preferably living locally around Tustin.
