Location: Maldon's Brasserie
Employment Type:Part-Time (20-30 hours a week)
Schedule:Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
Salary: $18.00
What You’ll Do:
Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing bread doughs, batters, fillings, quiches and frostings
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Decorate pastries and desserts under supervision
Help with inventory and restocking ingredients
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Previous kitchen or bakery experience
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
