- Experience in the fast-paced restaurant
- Experience with POS system to take orders
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Keep the table and floors clean
- Address issues with dining room, restroom, TVs, speaker etc.
- Daily sales/revenue & cash management
- Has superb organizational skills
- Proactive, punctual, and a great communicator
- Lead by example as the role model for customer service and restaurant standards
- Ensure excellent service from all guests
- Book Parties / Take reservations / manage open table seating
- Able to work flexible hours that include evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of all food and beverage safety regulations as well as sanitation processes
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of restaurant scheduling, reservation, and POS software/systems
