Are you a multi tasker who can perform at prep station and cross over to washing dishes.
The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of food items in a fast-paced kitchen preparing ingredients for line, including slicing, dicing and portioning. Must have knives skills.
You can also perform dishwasher tasks and be responsible for washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment. You will be required to use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health / safety codes
Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team
