Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Beer Tender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all our guests. The position is part-time 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve beer.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of beer styles and brewing process a plus.
Responsible Beverage Service Certification and/or ability to get certified within first 30 days of employment.
