EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS WANTED – Victorian Haunted Lounge (Full Bar, No Food) Located in Anaheim close by Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced bartender to join our team at a full-service bar with a unique Victorian haunted lounge vibe. We’re open daily from noon–2am, offering a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment focused on quality, consistency, and professionalism.
ABOUT US:
We’re a full bar with no food service, offering a mix between a dive bar and a lounge atmosphere. Our specialty cocktails include Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and Whiskey Sours, often made with top-shelf spirits. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, consistency, and cleanliness — every drink is made with precision, personality, and pride.
Hours & Shifts:
Opener: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Closer: 7:00pm – 2:00am
Open daily, 12pm–2am
Karaoke: Friday–Sunday, 8pm–close
Additional Perks:
No tip splitting — you keep your own tips.
Security staff present every night to assist through closing and cleanup.
Tight-knit team with opportunities to pick up shifts at our sister bar in Huntington Beach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re hiring bartenders who take pride in their craft — not just someone looking for a job. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and self-sufficient, with a strong sense of urgency and a great attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
Passion for cocktails and attention to detail
Friendly, outgoing personality with great conversation skills
Strong work ethic and ability to handle rushes with speed and precision
Team player who takes initiative with side work and upkeep
Physically capable of lifting/moving kegs and boxes (24-pack minimum)
Common sense and accountability are a must
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Craft high-quality cocktails with consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
Complete side work (cleaning mirrors, dusting bottles, changing batteries, etc.)
Manage inventory and assist with shopping lists
Uphold our standards for professionalism and guest experience
SCHEDULING & EXPECTATIONS
Set schedule — you are responsible for covering your own shifts
Weekend and holiday availability required
No excessive time-off requests or call-offs
Absolutely no drinking on the job
DRESS CODE:
Non-slip shoes required
Dress classy, clean, and comfortable
No gym clothes
