Malibu Farm Lido in Newport Beach, CA is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 3420 Via Oporto Suite 101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.Responsibilities Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Servicing customers and taking orders Quickly and accurately handle financial transactions of all types Complete customer orders with strict adherence to recipes, delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction Create and serve various menu items, including ice cream, acai bowls, desserts, smoothies, and coffee Comply with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of the barista area, sanitize equipment, and replenish supplies Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Knowledge in latte art Ability to memorize menu items and ingredients Available to work flexible hours and weekends Ability to work closely with the barista team and to communicate effectively with co-workers, guests, and management We are looking forward to hearing from you.
